We needed warranty work done on the refrigerator of our Escape 5.0 trailer, which is sold from the factory in Chilliwack, BC. Although it was not purchased from Under the Stars RV, as an authorized Dometic service dealer, they were willing to diagnose and resolve the refrigerator problem. In fact, while waiting for parts to be shipped from the USA, which took much longer than usual due to increased demand for Dometic components during 2020, the trailer was parked in Under the Stars RV's fenced in service area for a number of months. Renee was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in solving the problem, while Pat was always pleasant and helpful in tracking down the parts and communicating with us. We appreciate the attention Renee and Pat gave us and will definitely return for other service and maintenace. In summary: highly recommended!

We were first time RV purchases and with so much unknown, the team at Under the Stars RV were simply amazing. Right from the beginning they were informative, helpful and friendly. Janice is the one person sales team and she was simply outstanding. She was upfront on the models available, the various pros and cons of each and clearly laid out what to consider when purchasing an RV. Picking up the RV was also a delightful experience. Rene made sure the weight distribution hitch was appropriate for my vehicle, Pat walked me through the store and educated me on all the various accessories that I should consider getting and Jim spent over an hour giving me a full tutorial on how to operate every aspect of the travel trailer. The entire end to end process was delightful and at no time did it feel pushy or sale-sy. These guys now feel like part of my family and I am super grateful to have found such an amazing RV dealership that will take care of all my RV needs (not just the initial purchase, but the servicing for the lifetime of my RV).

We were first time RV purchasers and with so many unknowns, the team at Under the Stars RV were simply amazing. Right from the beginning, they were informative, helpful and friendly. Janice is a one person sales team and she was simply outstanding. She was upfront on the models available, the various pros and cons of each and clearly laid out what to consider when purchasing an RV.

Picking up the RV was also a delightful experience. Rene made sure the weight distribution hitch was appropriate for my vehicle, Pat walked me through the store and educated me on all the various accessories that I should consider getting and Jim spent over an hour giving me a full tutorial on how to operate every aspect of the travel trailer. The entire end to end process was delightful and at no time did it feel pushy or sale-sy. These guys now feel like part of my family and I am super grateful to have found such an amazing RV dealership that will take care of all my RV needs (not just the initial purchase, but the servicing for the lifetime of my RV).

My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first trailer this weekend and the whole staff was absolutely amazing. Janice truly treated us as a family and explained everything in detail. We looked at several RV Distributors and the service and knowledge they have exceeded every one.

We were lucky enough to find these beautiful people a few years ago, by chance, for some repairs we needed on our Hybrid Palomino trailer. Right away, upon calling Pat, we knew we were dealing with some amazing people! Last year we started looking for a new bigger trailer. After dealing with Under the stars a few times, there was no question that we were only buying from them! We bought a beautiful Keystone PASSPORT 2521RL with Rene and team making this decision so pleasant, it felt like were part of the family . We picked up our new trailer April 30/2020 amidst the crazy COVID time and not one issue! They did little changes so quickly and so professionally! Anything we wanted was done so perfectly! I could go on and on. Love everything about these people. Love that if we are doing something that isn’t right they will tell you it isn’t the proper way! Nicely, of course.
Anyway, small business like this one are VERY hard to find and if you want a trailer they are the only ones you want to buy or get service from! We are on our way to Killbear right now and thanks to UNDER THE STARS RV, we will be enjoying our first camping of 2020. GO MEET THESE PEOPLE! You will LOVE THEM

Was looking for an RV place to take my trailer on consignment. Even though it was in excellent condition not a single RV place I contacted in my southern Ontario area was willing to take it. But Under the Stars RV did. Janice and Rene were down to earth, not pushy and easy to talk to and very accommodating and honest. We found another trailer there that suited our needs better and then purchased it from them. Jim did a walk through with us before we took it home. He was approachable and when I asked questions he answered with knowledge and respect. Pat was very knowledgeable in the store part. They have lots of product. Its a great parts store too. Would definitely recommend this place.

Step by step to the Park model..warranty...storage..and cost of delivery...I bought from Pat and Rene. To purchase a trailer is a huge decision (at least for me) and she was really patient with us going back and forth over the phone and email.
We picked up the trailer - had a very detailed walk thru and demo of the trailer.
When we took our first trip noticed some minor things and the dealership said to bring it in and they completed all the work under warranty.
No bad things to say about this rv dealer or the staff!!!
I will continue to make the drive from Mississauga to Erin!!!

You can buy a trailer any where. But you can't find the quality of service and the knowledgeable and helpful staff that you find at Under The Stars RV. I ordered a 5th wheel through Janice and she was amazing to make sure it had everything I wanted and more. Janice is a super lady to work with. Krystal outfitted me with the back-up camera, the accessories and the 5th wheel hitch and looked after all my needs. As always, Pat and Rene are always great and have a good team. I highly recommend Under The Stars RV. They go the extra step.

We are very satisfied customers. We bought our very first travel trailer and we bought a Falcon GT 20 last may. We are so happy with our trailer. The quality and craftsmanship of our Falcon is exceptional, we have had zero problems with the trailer.

The whole buying process was great and stress free. No aggressive sales staff. Very knowledgeable. The owner Rene made purchasing the trailer easy, he did all the necessary paperwork to transfer the ownership, getting a trailer licence etc. They gave us a thorough demo of the trailer so we were very comfortable knowing how to operate the trailer upon leaving Under the Stars RV centre.

I give top marks for the overall experience and would not hesitate to purchase a RV from them again.

From the moment we stepped in the door of your new location, Pat and the staff were friendly and helpful. Since we were returning in June, we could store the trailer in the compound, and when we arrived, the guys in the back were very attentive to the mounting of the hitch system and explained the trailer in great detail. We had a small issue, which was rectified immediately two weeks later. We love our trailer. We have been and will continue to recommend Under the stars RV!

I visited Under the Stars back in the early spring to purchase a replacement faucet. Not only did they have a great selection of faucets in stock, they also had something else that is generally in short supply: excellent customer service! We love the RV life but we have found most of the dealers in Ontario to be very lackadaisical. Their stores are poorly stocked and their attitude is simply uncaring. Then they wonder why all flock to WalMart! Given that for most people, RVing is a passion, it would seem natural for retailers to fuel that passion, but no. Under The Stars is a welcome change. It is obvious the owners care about RVing and about their customers. We decided, after our first visit, that we would choose them for our supplies, service and storage going forward.

This is the first trailer I bought from a dealership and I was a little green on some of the particulars. After shopping around a little at different dealerships and online I had a pretty good idea of what I should be looking for and the price point.
The staff were excellent, they took the time to show me a wide range of options to suit my needs and did not try to sell me something that I didn't need.
The PDI for the trailer was great and again the staff exceeded my expectations in their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate me and my schedule.
Thanks again for answering all of my stupid questions and making this an enjoyable experience.
Looking forward to spending a lot of great summer nights Under the Stars in our new trailer!
